Cancellation Policy

If the appointment is canceled before the 48-hour window, a full refund will be issued. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in additional restrictions on future bookings. Payment & Card on File Requirement To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card must be stored on file at the time of booking. By completing the payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms, including the cancellation policy. Meeting Recording & Confidentiality All meetings are recorded for patient policy adherence and staff training purposes. Your personal information will never be shared without your explicit consent.
