Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Payment Policy At Give An Encore, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure efficiency and fairness for all clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding cancellations, payments, and confidentiality: Cancellation Policy A $30 cancellation fee will be charged if an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. If the appointment is canceled before the 48-hour window, a full refund will be issued. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in additional restrictions on future bookings. Payment & Card on File Requirement To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card must be stored on file at the time of booking. By completing the payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms, including the cancellation policy. Meeting Recording & Confidentiality All meetings are recorded for patient policy adherence and staff training purposes. Your personal information will never be shared without your explicit consent. These recordings are strictly for internal use and are protected by you agree to these terms and conditions by scheduling an appointment with your confidentiality standards.
